Samsung Electronics has completed the development of itsLTE-A modem chip solution, dubbed theExynos Modem 300, reported Telecompaper.com on July 16, 2014. The company will integrate it into its quad-core processors.

The solution combines two different bands (10+10MHz) and is manufactured viaa 28nm HKMG process, supporting both FDD and TDD standards.
