Swedish vender Ericsson has announced that it has been selected by Claro Costa Rica to be the sole supplier for the cellco’s Long Term Evolution (LTE) 4G network, according to Telegeography.com on July 23, 2014. Under the deal, Ericsson will provide a complete LTE solution including core, microwave transmission and radio access products, as well as consulting, integration, optimization, field operations and maintenance services.
