Brazil ends June with 3.27 mln LTE subscribers
Brazil reached 3.27 million subscribers in the LTE segment by the end of June, up from 2.83 million the previous month, reported Telecompaper.com on July 24, 2014, according to data from the country\'s telecoms regulator Anatel. LTE access accounted for 1.19 percent of total mobile lines in the country. In May, LTE technology accounted for 1.03 percent of total mobile telephony lines. 4G technology was present in 118 municipalities of Brazil at the end of June.
