Russian mobile operator Megafon has introduced a promotion for its “Internet S” package, Telecompaper.com reported on July 29, 2014. The operator will provide a 3 GB traffic bundle for a 150 ruble ($4.20) discount rate under the promotion, half the normal rate. The deal allows speeds of up 150 Mbps over smartphones or tablets across the country. Megafon provides LTE services in 60 regions across Russia.
