Russian mobile operator Megafon has started services on its LTE network in the city of Murmansk, Telecompaper.com reported on July 30, 2014. The services are accessible in downtown Murmansk only. The LTE network is operational in the city of Severomorsk in the region since July as well. Megafon provides its LTE services in 61 regions across the country.
