Latvian mobile application Roamer, which allows mobile users to avoid paying for roaming services, has become accessible in Belarus, Telecompaper.com reported on July 30, 2014. The application for Android and iOS smartphones was launched in 2013 in Latvian and Russian. Users can perform calls over Wi-Fi, 3G and LTE networks, and it also works on tablets. In the latest version of the app, the cost of international calls was significantly reduced and the application now works worldwide.
