Estonian mobile operator EMT announced that 32 percent of its data traffic ran over its LTE network in July, Telecompaper.com reported on Aug 27. The operator also announced the launch of Huawei\'s E5186 LTE router, enabling up to 300 Mbps. EMT launched its LTE services over smartphones in January 2013, and the services are now accessible also using tablets.
