Mr. Lee Sangheon, Director of Network R&D Unit of LG UPLUS, shared his views on LG UPLUS’ 5G strategy, which is based on the better network performance with the reasonable data plan,aims to provide the differentiated 5G services. For network performance, more than 90 percent of Seoul metropolitan area is covered by 5G network. For commercial service, B2C service was mainly targeting the broadband, multimedia services, such as live streaming of baseball gamegolf game. With that kind of live streaming services, it could provide a very high volume of the multimedia traffic.
