Mr. Li Zhengmao, EVP of China Mobile, noted in his speech that China Mobile will build a leading end-to-end network infrastructurecreate an openwin-win innovation ecosystem to promote 5G.

First, build a leading end-to-end network infrastructure to accelerate the 5G commercial process. Synchronically promote the development of 5G NSASA. In 2019, the NSA scale deployment will be initiated,the SA end-to-end industry will be accelerated to realize the SA-based target network. Furthermore, fully promote the maturity of 2.6GHz4.9GHz industries,build a leading 5G network with dual-band synergy.

Second, we will work together to build an openwin-win innovation ecosystem. Accelerate application demonstrationcreate a batch of 5G services with commercial capabilities to lay the foundation for 5G commercialization. Establish the 5G Joint Innovation Center, three industrial research institutes of Xiongan , ShanghaiChengdu,set up 5G funds to support the development of 5G industryinnovative applications. We will strengthen international cooperation through GTI, GSMAother international industrial platforms, to build a harmoniousmutually beneficial industrial ecosystem.
