Pakistani mobile services provider Mobilink opened a sales office and customer care center in Muzzafarabad. The new sales office will support eight franchisees and 3,500 retailers in the area as it caters to ten districts in Azad Jammu and Kashmir,  telecompaper.com reported on Dec 13.
