Vodafone Germany has come up with a new LTE WiFi stick for cars as part of its connected vehicle strategy, Telecompaper reports. It is conducting a field test with selected taxi drivers in Berlin. The LTE stick creates an in-vehicle WLAN for mobile internet access, and can support up to 10 connected devices simultaneously. The device is charged through the cigarette lighter fitting in the vehicle, but also comes with an adapter for charging through domestic plug sockets.

Vodafone will present the LTE WiFi stick at CeBIT, the world\'s largest and most international computer expo held each year in Hanover, Germany.
