The Philippine mobile operator Smart Communications is offering a free LTE Sim to customers who buy a Huawei LTE device. Anyone who buys a Huawei Mobile WiFi E5372 LTE or Huawei B593 LTE CPE will get a week\'s access to Smart\'s LTE network for free, Telecompaper reports.
