iBasis and International Carrier Sales & Solutions (ICSS), the international wholesale arm of Deutsche Telekom, have announced an LTE roaming peering agreement that will benefit mobile network operator (MNO) customers of both companies, LteWorld reports.

This agreement leverages the companies\' existing GRX peering agreement, as well as each company\'s IP eXchange (IPX). The global IPX ecosystem continues to grow as more interconnected operators add value to their propositions by utilizing IPX-enabled components, including Signaling/S6a, Data/S8 and VoLTE, to deliver a complete LTE roaming solution.
