Mobistar activates 4G network in Brussels
Mobistar is activating its 4G network in Brussels after its LTE network was launched at the end of March, in 800 towns across the country. From May 14, customers in the Brussels area can use the service, Telecompaper.com reports, quoting Le Soir, and going on to say that the extensive of the coverage in Brussels is not yet known.
The Brussels launch was facilitated by new rules on mobile antennas that Brussels agreed to last year, giving operators more capacity for additional antennas using different technologies. Mobistar\'s rival, Proximus, launched its 4G in Brussels in February.
