Mobile operator Tele2 Latvia has significantly expanded the coverage of its LTE network in the city of Riga and its surroundings, as well as in Jurmala, Telecompaper.com reported on Sept 8.The operator plans to cover 90 percent of the country\'s population with its LTE network by the end of 2015.
