Sky Brasil has started offering its fixed broadband internet service in the municipalities of Cerquilho, Tiete, Tatura, Ibiuna and Boituva (state of Sao Paulo), reports Telecompaper.com on Nov 14, 2014. The Sky Banda Larga service is also available in other cities in the state – such as Cristais Paulista, Franca, Patrocinio Paulista, Restanga, Presidente Prudente, Sorocaba and Bauru. The service uses TD-LTE technology.
