Russian mobile operator Vimpelcom, working under the Beeline brand, has started selling the Alcatel OneTouch POP S3 LTE-supporting smartphone at its branded shops, Telecompaper.com reports on Nov 17. 2014. The device is powered by Android 4.3 OS and a tetra-core processor, and features a 4-inch screen and 5 megapixel main camera. The device comes with the package that includes the "Everything For 300" mobile internet option and mobile TV services, which will be offered free for two months. The package costs RUB 4,990 ($105.5). The offer is accessible in St Petersburg, Novgorod, Kaliningrad, Pskov, Murmansk and Vologda.
