Russian mobile operator Vimpelcom, working under the Beeline brand, has deployed a node in the city of Khabarovsk, Telecompaper.com reports on Nov 24, 2014. The commutation node was also upgraded there to LTE. Beeline also launched 38 LTE base stations in the city of Vladivostok. The regional branch of federal telecom regulator Roskomnadzor gave its green light for the infrastructure.
