Report in Collaboration with the GSMA Highlights Best Practice from National 5G Plans
GTI Awards were presented at the GTI Night 2016 held on Feb. 23rd, 2016 during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona. More than 100 high-level representatives from global operators, industry partnersorganizations attended the event.
7 industrial partners specializing in various areas including network, device, testing equipment, chipsetmodule won awards on “innovative technical product”“innovative solutionapplication”. Besides, 4 operators were granted awards of “market development” for their significant accomplishment in promoting TD-LTELTE TDD/FDD global deployment.
Founded in 2012, the GTI Awards program aims to acknowledge achievementssuccess of industry players in TD-LTE ecosystem across a wide range of market segments. GTI Awards 2015 intends to recognize outstanding contributions in promoting TD-LTE developmentits evolution,encourage the development of innovative products, solutionsapplications that address challenges faced by GTI operators.
