GTI strongly believe that VoLTE is the best solution for LTE to provide voice and extend to rich communication services. GTI would like to work with global industry partners to achieve robust VoLTE/eSRVCC end-to-end ecosystem and accelerate global deployment.

1. End-to end VoLTE/eSRVCC system shall be ready for commercial deployment in 2014.

• IMS, Core and Radio network, Chipset and Terminal products should have commercial capability

• Test system including standard and test equipment and facility should ready to guarantee the service and product quality

2. Synchronized and converged development of TDD and FDD VoLTE/eSRVCC

• End-to-end system should support VoLTE Both for FDD and TDD

• Handover between FDD and TDD should be supported

3. Accelerate VoLTE/eSRVCC commercial deployment

• VoLTE subscriber prediction: Millions (2014)-> Tens of millions (2015)-> Hundreds of millions (2016)

4. Facilitate VoLTE global roaming

• Perform VoLTE/eSRVCC roaming trial in 2014

• VoLTE/eSRVCC roaming architecture and system ready for commercial launch in 2014
