Pakistani mobile operator Mobilink has introduced "Voiler", an IVR based voice-messaging and social networking service. Mobile users can listen to voice feeds of friends or celebrities without using a mobile browser or any other application.

Prepaid users pay PKR 0.20 for IVR per minute and PKR 0.20 per SMS on top of a subscription charge of PKR 1 per day. Postpaid users do not have to pay subscription charges but pay the IVR and SMS fees only.
