Russian mobile operator MTS has passed the management of its fixed services to its subsidiary MGTS in the Moscow region, reports Vedomosti citing Kirill Dmitriyev, the director of the Moscow regional branch. All support and management functions have been transferred. MTS plans to focus on mobile broadband services and is currently investing in LTE and 3G networks.
