Ooredoo Maldives has introduced a range of Wi-Fi devices that create Wi-Fi hotspots, reported Telecompaper.com on Aug 5, 2014. The “Wi-Fi anywhere” devices are the Ooredoo Mi-Fi, Ooredoo Wi-Fi, and Ooredoo 3G+ and 4G LTE Router.

Customers can use the rechargeable Ooredoo Mi-Fi to create a Wi-Fi hotspot anywhere. The device can connect up to 10 devices on Ooredoo’s 3G+ and 4G network. The Ooredoo Mi-Fi device is available from 850 rufiyaa.

The Ooredoo Wi-Fi can be plugged in to create a Wi-Fi hotspot. This device can be plugged in to any power socket or USB port, and can connect up to 10 devices wirelessly. Available for both 3G+ and 4G network, the Ooredoo Wi-Fi device is available for 1,599 rufiyaa ($104).
