French phone-maker Wiko has unveiled the Wiko Kite, its first LTE smartphone selling for less than EUR 100 ($133.65), Telecompaper.com reported on Aug 14, 2014. The Kite runs Android 4.4 Kit Kat, and comes with a 4-in WVGA display, a 5 MP rear-facing camera and a VGA front-facing camera. It is built around a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and offers 1 GB of RAM, 4 GB of ROM and a microSD card slot up to 32 GB. The Kite comes in black, white, fuchsia, coral, turquoise, violet and yellow. The new smartphone is set to become available on 18 August for EUR 99.99 ($133.64).
