Russian operator Yota has raised the broadband speed under its free LTE services in seven cities, reports Cnews.ru, noting that the speed increased to 512 kbps in Kirov, Bryansk, Kursk, Lipetsk, Oryol, Tambov and Yaroslavl and the higher rate will be accessible until 15 January 2015. Either 64 kbps or 128 kbps, depending on the city, was earlier offered under the service.
