Russian operator Yota has started selling unlimited LTE packages in the city of Kaliningrad, reported Telecompaper.com on Sept 4, 2014. LTE modems and routers are available for sale in 31 retail outlets in the city. The number includes branded shops of the operator, as well as outlets of Euroset and Svyaznoy. The monthly subscription rate of the service totals 250 ruble in Kaliningrad. Yota currently runs 87 LTE base stations there.
