Russian mobile operator MTS has deployed three LTE base stations in the city of Bryansk, reported Telecompaper.com on Sept 18, 2014. The Bryansk regional branch of the federal telecommunications regulator Roskomnadzor cleared the exploitation of the base stations. The operator has also launched a commercial LTE network in the city of Omsk.
