Russian mobile operator Vimpelcom, working under the Beeline brand, has introduced a promotion for its LTE services in the Moscow region, reported Telecompaper.com on Oct 2, 2014. Subscribers with LTE-compliant devices are being offered internet traffic for free on its 4G network. The promotion will be valid until 15 January 2015. Internet service will be charged for when switching to EDGE, GSM or 3G networks.
