Estonian mobile operator Elisa has started a new LTE network expansion program, reports Telecompaper.com on Oct 9, 2014. It is due to run until 2016 and the aim is to cover around 99 percent of the country\'s area. Equipment from Huawei will be used for this purpose. Elisa plans to double the amount of LTE base stations across the country by the end of 2016. The number of LTE base stations is due to be tripled in the city of Tallinn.
