Russian mobile operator MTS has deployed its LTE sub-system in Chuvashia republic, reports Telecompaper.com on Oct 14, 2014. The operator has also built a 4G base station in the city of Cheboksary. The regional branch of the federal telecommunicatons regulator Roskomnadzor has approved operation of the infrastructure.
