EBlink secures EUR 1.5 million investment from Radiall
French wireless fronthaul technology developer EBlink has obtained a EUR 1.5 million($1.9 million) investment from industrial group Radiall, bringing funding raised in the last few months to EUR 5.8 million, including existing investors and Alcatel Lucent, Telecompaper.com reports on Oct 14, 2014. EBlink\'s patented technology eliminates the last few hundred meters of fiber between cellular baseband units and wireless units. It allows for faster and easier deployment of 3G and 4G mobile networks. Radiall will use its investment to strengthen its activity in 4G LTE broadband mobile access networks and small cells.
