

Mr. Sachin Katti is senior vice president and general manager of the Network and Edge Group (NEX) at Intel Corporation. He is responsible for driving technology and product leadership throughout the network to the intelligent edge.
Katti previously served as vice president and chief technology officer for NEX, a role responsible for technical strategy and vision across the group.
Prior to joining Intel in 2021, he served as the vice president of Telco & Edge Strategy at VMware. Katti is a professor of electrical engineering and computer science at Stanford University. He is also the co-chair of the Technical Steering Committee for the O-RAN Alliance and was founding director of the xRAN Foundation before its merger with the O-RAN Alliance. Katti received his doctorate in electrical engineering/computer science from MIT in 2009.


Dr. Fan Mingxi is currently the Senior General Manager of Wireless Technology Group at MediaTek, Inc., leading commercial wireless system, ASIC and firmware development, ecosystem partnership and certification, advanced wireless research and standardization across cellular and connectivity, and strategic product and technology roadmap.
Previously he was the head of strategy at XCOM Labs Inc. driving innovation and partnership in advanced wireless technology and edge computing. Before that he also worked at Qualcomm as vice president of engineering, where he drove many key R&D initiatives on 3G, 4G, and 5G from concept to standard to commercial landing and established first overseas R&D center. Mingxi holds over 200 granted patents and has received top innovation and contributor awards in multiple companies.

Michael served as Vice President and Board Member for EUCCC (2017-2019), where he played a leading role in China-EU high level dialogue on High-Tech & Digital policies and cross-industry exchanges.
Michael was a member of the“EU_China Expert Group on Digital Economy & Cybersecurity” formed by China & EU government as top
dialogue platform on digital policies coordination. “Top 10 man of the year in ICT innovation” award by “Communication World”.


Dr. William Emmanuel Yu is responsible for three (3) major areas- (1) Technology Operations involves day-to-day management of the various teams, which include risk identification and management, resource assignment, budgeting and planning. (2) Product Development includes participation in key ideation processes for the development of new products and services as well as improving existing offerings within our areas of focus which are CX, Cloud, Analytics, API and Security. This also involves technology evaluation and overall solutions architecture. (3) Information and Asset Management includes constant monitoring of people, processes and procedures as well as assets and resources. Included here are information security and governance roles as well as risk management responsibility.


Dr. Edward G. Tiedemann, Jr. is a Qualcomm Fellowa Senior Vice President of Engineering of Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. He leads Qualcomm’s worldwide standardizationindustry organization activities. Dr. Tiedemann was instrumental in the designdevelopment of the TIA/EIA/IS-95 CDMA system, also called cdmaOne™. He led Qualcomm’smuch of the industry’s efforts in the designdevelopment of the third-generation cdma2000®system.
Dr. Tiedemann holds the Ph.D. degree from MIT where he worked in the areas of queueing theorycommunications networks. He holds the Master of Science degree from Purdue University where he worked on bandwidth efficient modulation. He also holds the Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Polytechnic InstituteState University (Va Tech).


Mrs. Tang Xue, Master Degree of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. After graduation, Mrs. Tang Xue joined ZTE and quickly became a key R&D employee and chief engineer. In 2010, she became the director of GSM&UMTS Product Planning Dept., and maintained long-term and in-depth communications with customers from global top tier telecom operators. She is good at the understanding of industry trend and customer demands, and committed to design competitive products and innovative solutions. Since 2019, she became the vice General Manager of RAN product line and took charge in RAN product planning.
