China Telecom, one of China’s major wireless broadband operators, has established a partnership with Nokia Solutions and Networks (NSN) for its LTE development nationwide.

The two parties have signed a contract whereby NSN will implement its Flexi Multiradio 10 Base Stations and provide network launch optimization, implementation supervision and care services in order to efficiently utilize resources and guarantee the highest network quality. The company’s intelligent network management system, NetAct, will also be employed for comprehensive management of the operator’s multi-vendor network.
