The French regulator Arcep has given a Long Term Evolution (LTE) test spectrum in the 1800-MHz and 2600-MHz bands to Societe Reunionnaise de Radiotelephone, a subsidiary of French operator Societe Francaise du Radiotelephone. There will be a 4G trial run at three cell sites, in the towns of Saint-Denis and Sainte-Marie, TeleGeography reports.
