Cellcom Israel Ltd announced that it has a network sharing agreement with Golan Telecom Ltd, where it will provide Golan with an Indefeasible Right of Use, or IRU, for its future 4G radio network - generally for at least five years - and for as long as it is used by the company, Rttnews.com reports.

The two companies will provide the necessary frequencies for operation of the 4G radio network and purchase and operate their own core network.
