Estonian mobile operator Elisa has announced that it has tested LTE-Advanced technology on its network, reaching speeds of up to 300-Mbps, Telecompaper.com reports, then adds that the operator plans to provide subscribers in the city of Tallinn with services at these rates over its LTE-Advanced network, on the 1,800-MHz and 2,600-MHz bands, in the second half of this year.
