AT&T has started its 4G LTE service in new markets in Anniston-Oxford and Gadsden, Ala.; Bogalusa, La.; Olean, N.Y.; Greenville and Mansfield, Ohio; and Fredericksburg, Texas, reports Lteworld.org.

According to AT&T, its network now covers more than 99 percent of Americans, among which the 4G LTE network covers nearly 290 million people and is expected to be essentially complete by the end of this summer.

Earlier this month, AT&T switched on its LTE network in Casper, WY; LaGrange, GA; Santa Barbara-Santa Maria-Goleta, CA; and Warsaw, IN.
