Abkhasian mobile operator Aquafon, a subsidiary of Russian mobile operator Megafon, announced that it plans to launch its LTE services in every city and town across the republic soon, reported Telecompaper.com on Aug 4, 2014. Services at up to 64 Mbps speed will be accessible over the network. The operator has not specified the exact date of the LTE network launch yet.
