Russian mobile operator MTS has launched its LTE network in the Tomsk region, reported Telecompaper.com on Aug 12, 2014. The 4G services are available in the town of Strezhevoy at up to 75 Mbps. The operator plans to launch LTE services in the city of Tomsk by Sept 15 and also extend the services to Seversk, Kolpashevo, Loskutovo and Samus.
