Russian mobile operator MTS announced that it has launched its LTE network in the Volgograd region, reported Telecompaper.com on Aug 22. The services were launched in Volgograd, Volzhsky, Kamyshin and Uryupinsk, offering up to 75 Mbps broadband. Around 90 percent of the city area was covered in Volgograd.
