Orange France is promoting its DSL and fiber Open quad-play package until 01 October with promotions of up to EUR 15 a month or one year, according to a report from Telecompaper.com on Aug 22. The Open Play 4G, for example, now costs EUR 49.99 a month with a mobile phone and EUR 39.99 a month with a Sim card only, only EUR 2 more than the triple-play Livebox service. The mobile service includes unlimited voice, SMS/MMS, 3 GB of data, Deezer music service, and 15 days of European roaming with unlimited SMS.

The price of the two other top tier Open packages, Open Jet 4G and Open Jet 4G International, are also cut by EUR 15 a month for a year, down to EUR 74.99 (with mobile) / EUR 59.99 (Sim only) and EUR 99.99 / EUR 84.99, respectively. The Open Zen 4G package price is down EUR 10 to EUR 44.99 with phone and EUR 39.99 Sim only and the Open Mini is down EUR 5 to EUR 36.99 with phone and EUR 31.99 Sim only. Orange also offers customer who switch from another operator up to EUR 100 to cover their cancellation fee.
