Regional mobile operator ETK, formerly controlled by Rostelecom, says it will be automatically switching its subscribers to the network of Tele2 Russia from 23 October on, reports Telegeography.com on Oct 16, 2014. Users will be able to retain their existing mobile number, it says. The move is part of the agreement signed by Tele2 Russia and Rostelecom to set up a new mobile joint venture T2 RTC Holding.
