UAE operator Etisalat has teamed up with Alcatel-Lucent to bring the latest technologies and services to design, build and run scalable, cost-effective customer care operations for its networks to enhance mobile broadband accessibility and improve services for digital customers, Telecompaper.com writes on Oct 16, 2014. Alcatel-Lucent will be a main provider of technology, ranging from IP networks to ultra-broadband access, including MetroCell technology, LTE Multicast eMBMS technology, TWDM-PON services and Motive Customer Experience Management technologies.
