Orange Poland\'s mobile data volume increased by 365 percent over the past two years, Telecompaper.com writes on Oct 15, 2014. The number of active users of mobile internet increased by 40 percent. More than 10 percent of data transmission runs on LTE. As a result of the three years of Orange\'s network upgrade, the operator has now 10,000 base stations, with approximately 99.2 percent of Poles covered with 3G and 60 percent with LTE. With regard to the further development of LTE in Poland, the operator said it will wait for the results of the auction for LTE frequencies, recently launched by the regulator.
