China Telecom, the country\'s third largest wireless operator by number of subscribers, has announced, on Feb 14, that it will start 4G LTE mobile broadband services in about 100 cities, this week, being a second Chinese carrier with commercial 4G services, following China Mobile.

For the moment, China Telecom outlets only provide 4G data cards and wireless routers and there is no fixed date for its 4G phone debut.
