Colombian operator Une EPM Telecomunicaciones has extended its 4G LTE coverage to Tunja. It says it has invested around $850,000 in LTE deployment in Tunja, Telecompaper reports.

It has already covered 43 Colombian cities since launching 4G service in June 2012. In Tunja, the coverage comes from 17 cell sites, over 80 percent of the city. Huawei was equipment supplier for its LTE deployment.
