Orange Romania has announced that, from April 7, it will have mobile Internet at LTE speeds of up to 150 Mbps in 90 cities across Romania, with the CTO, Stefan Slavnicu, saying that the network is ready for 4G+, and download speeds of up to 300 Mbps, and that these will be tested the week of April 7-13 in certain parts of Bucharest as well as in Cluj, Brasov, Iasi, Timisoara and Galati, reports Telecompaper citing the local Hotnews.ro.

The company said its LTE network covers all the county capitals in more than 1,000 location, or 45 percent of the total population. In large cities, its coverage reaches at least 100 percent. Orange\'s LTE offers average download speeds of 30 Mbps and upload speeds of 15 Mbps. With the new range of add-ons, these speeds can increase to average speeds of 60/30 Mbps.
