Cloud-based infrastructure services provider Plintron has delivered LTE MVNE technology to Lycamobile for the launch of 4G services in the UK. The roll-out includes HSS (Home Subscriber Server) technology, call and session establishment support, user authentication and access authorization. It also includes PCRF (Policy and Charging Rules Function) and PGW (Packet Data Network Gateway) solutions.
