Estonian mobile operator EMT has begun testing HD-Voice technology on its 3G network, Telecompaper.com reports, explaining the function is already available for both postpaid and prepaid subscribers with relevant handsets. Users need to get on the operator\'s 3G network to access the service. EMT does not provide HD-Voice services over its LTE network. The full launch of the HD-Voice function is expected on the operator’s 3G network in about a month.
