German mobile network operator E-Plus has come out on top in \'CHIP\' magazine’s latest network test summary, Telecompaper.com writes, adding that E-Plus came out on top, with 3.06 stars, across all network technology, followed by Deutsche Telekom, at 2.99, Vodafone, 2.68, and O2, at 2.63 stars.

The test also recorded average LTE download speeds of 27.75 Mbps for E-Plus, followed by O2, with 20.83 Mbps, Deutsche Telekom, 19.04 Mbps, and Vodafone, 15.54 Mbps.
